The protocol Safe (StealthSafe)

A multisig Safe owns the factory and the treasury: 0x36d1385EFe151c94583dBa309FB441A7b2F2F8bA. Its signers and threshold are public on-chain.

It can

• Pause new launches.
• Tune parameters of future launches within fixed limits, behind a 48-hour timelock.

It cannot

• Withdraw, move or reduce any liquidity position.
• Touch creators' pending fees or change the 25%.
• Mint tokens, add transfer taxes, block addresses or pause trading.
• Upgrade the contracts.

Where the 1% fee goes

Each trade pays 1% to the Uniswap v3 pool: 75% to the protocol treasury, which sends it to the Safe, and 25% to the holder of the token's creator NFT.
