Creator rules
Draft under legal review, version v0.3-minuta. Items marked ⟦…⟧ are still pending.
Open in the app1. Who these rules apply to
These Rules apply to anyone who creates a token through the Interface (site, bots or agent tools) and supplement the Terms of Use. Anyone who creates a token directly through the contract, without the Interface, is still subject to the law. If you breach these Rules, the token may be hidden from the Interface.
2. What you must not launch
You must not create or promote a token that:
- Impersonates another person, project or company, including:
- using the name, symbol or image of $STLTH or StealthProtocol;
- imitating a known token to confuse buyers;
- using the name or image of a real person (celebrity, politician, influencer) without their permission, in a way that suggests a connection or endorsement.
- Uses third-party trademarks, logos or works without permission, in a way that causes confusion or infringes intellectual property rights.
- Promises returns: "guaranteed profit", "passive income", "dividends", "guaranteed buyback", "x times", creator NFT yields, or any other way of presenting the token as an investment.
- Contains illegal content, including:
- child sexual abuse material in any form;
- incitement to violence or terrorism;
- hate speech against protected groups;
- publishing third parties' personal data (doxxing);
- intimate content without consent.
- Serves fraud or crime: phishing, malicious links in the image or description, coordinated pump and dump, money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Is launched by a sanctioned person or from a restricted jurisdiction.
- Is automated spam: mass launches by bots with no real use, or launches meant to flood the listing.
3. Creator responsibility
You are solely responsible for the name, symbol, image and description of your token, and for everything you say or publish about it on any channel. The name, symbol and image address are written into the contract forever. Choose carefully.
If you buy your own token at launch (dev-buy), that purchase is public. Do not hide it or lie about it.
4. What the protocol may do
Only on the site, the bots and the automated posts (the Interface), at our discretion and with or without notice, we may:
- hide the token from the listing, the map, search and automated posts;
- show a warning on the token page (e.g. "possible imitation", "duplicate symbol", "reported");
- refuse requests made to our bots;
- remove the token from automated posts at the creator's request (opt-out);
- block use of the Interface by addresses that breach these Rules or the Terms.
5. What the protocol can never do
By technical design, not by a choice that could change, the protocol cannot:
- delete, freeze or pause a token that already exists;
- block buys, sells or transfers on the blockchain;
- withdraw the locked liquidity;
- take or change the creator NFT's share of fees;
- change the name, symbol or image written into the contract.
Hiding a token from the Interface does not remove it from the blockchain. It can still be traded on Uniswap and other sites. That is why you should always check the contract address.
6. Reports
To report a token (impersonation, trademark, illegal content, scam), send the following to contact@stealthprotocol.ch:
- the contract address;
- the reason;
- if you are a rights holder (trademark, likeness), proof of ownership and your contact details.
We review reports within ⟦time frame to define⟧. Manifestly illegal content is hidden as soon as we become aware of it. The creator may contest through the same channel. ⟦Align the procedure with DSA requirements, if applicable.⟧
7. Cooperation with authorities
When we receive a valid legal order, we cooperate with authorities within the limits of what we hold (see the Privacy Policy).
